How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new iPhone?
Open the app while signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase, open the IslandCue Pro screen, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Apple StoreKit will restore your unlock at no cost.
How does On-Device Voice-Sync work in IslandCue, and how do I manage a subscription?
IslandCue uses Apple’s on-device speech engine (requiresOnDeviceRecognition = true) in English and Spanish so your voice is never sent to any server. If you subscribed to IslandCue Pro Monthly or Yearly, you can manage or cancel auto-renewal anytime at least 24 hours before the current period ends under iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > IslandCue.
Why does my take stop after 15 seconds?
The free Standard tier records takes of up to 15 seconds. With IslandCue Pro you can choose 30 seconds, 1, 3 or 5 minutes under ⚙ → Recording Length. If you already have Pro and takes still stop at 15 seconds, open ⚙ and check which recording length is selected.
The camera, microphone or Photos is not working. What do I do?
IslandCue needs camera and microphone access to record, and “add only” Photos access to save your takes. If you denied a permission, tap “Open Settings” in the app (or open iOS Settings → IslandCue) and allow it.
Voice-Sync or Dictate says it is unavailable.
Voice-Sync and Dictate are IslandCue Pro features and use Apple's on-device speech recognition, which needs on-device support for your language. If it is not available, IslandCue falls back to a timed scroll and never sends your audio to a server. Check that dictation is enabled for your language in iOS Settings.
How do I manage or delete iCloud data in InvoicesFlow Pro?
Your business records stay on your device and in your private Apple iCloud container. You can toggle iCloud access or remove stored data anytime under iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage.
How do I enable or turn off GPS Mileage Tracking?
Automatic mileage logging in InvoicesFlow Pro is 100% optional. You can turn it on or off inside the app under the Expenses > Mileage tab, or under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > InvoicesFlow Pro.
Which USCIS civics test version (2008 or 2025) should I study?
Your test version depends on your Form N-400 filing date (before vs. on/after October 20, 2025) and whether you qualify for 65/20 special consideration. Use the interactive Test Finder on our Ciudadanía USA page and always verify with official USCIS notices at uscis.gov.

Because all in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly by Apple via StoreKit, Zepol AI does not have access to your credit card or billing records. For billing inquiries, subscription management, or refund requests, please use iOS Settings > Subscriptions or contact Apple Support directly at support.apple.com or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ciudadanía USA 65/20 uses AI voice synthesis technology (via ElevenLabs) to generate spoken study audio for civics questions and answers; audio and orientation outputs are provided as study aids only and may contain phonetic variations. Zepol AI never uses your personal, script, voice, or business data to train AI models.

All original software, design, branding, and proprietary study assets belong to Zepol AI. Users of InvoicesFlow Pro and IslandCue retain full ownership of the business records, logos, invoices, teleprompter scripts, and videos they create on their device and are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of content they record, export, or share.
