5. In-App Purchases, Pricing & Refunds

Examen Ciudadanía USA 65/20 provides free access to both 65/20 special consideration versions (2008 and 2025) and offers an optional one-time In-App Purchase (“Pro”) to unlock all full exam versions:

• ■Purchases are subject to Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions and managed through your Apple ID
• ■Zepol AI never receives or stores your payment card details
• ■Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with App Store policies (https://reportaproblem.apple.com)

6. App Availability, Content Updates & Modifications

We may update the app, revise civics answers after elections or USCIS updates, modify features, or add/remove functionality at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app or its backend lookup/audio services.

7. Intellectual Property, Copyright & DMCA Policy

While underlying official USCIS civics test questions are in the U.S. public domain, all original software code, UI/UX design, translations, audio recordings, study organization, branding, and graphics in Examen Ciudadanía USA 65/20 are the exclusive property of Zepol AI. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the application or its proprietary assets.

IN ALL CASES, ZEPOL AI’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

You use the application entirely at your own discretion and risk.

12. Relationship to Apple’s Standard EULA

These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls with respect to your use of the iOS application.

13. Governing Law, Severability & Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms periodically by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
