Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect (100% On-Device & Private iCloud)

InvoicesFlow Pro does not collect, transmit, or store your personal or business data on any server operated by Zepol AI. You do not need to create an account with Zepol AI to use the app. All information you enter is stored locally on your device and remains under your full control.

Depending on the features you choose to use, the app may store the following records locally on your device and, if enabled, in your personal Apple iCloud account (see Section 2):

• ■Company details (business name, address, phone number, email, logo)
• ■Client information (name, billing address, phone number, email)
• ■Invoice details (invoice number, line items, prices, dates, status, payment history)
• ■Expense records (amount, date, IRS Schedule C category, vendor, receipts, business purpose)
• ■Mileage and trip logs, including GPS route/distance data when enabled (see Section 3)
• ■Email message templates and custom signatures (if you choose to use email features)
• ■Exported files generated by you inside the app (PDF invoices or CSV/PDF reports)

This data never leaves Apple’s ecosystem (your device and your personal iCloud container) unless you explicitly choose to export or share it, such as sending an invoice by email.

2. Apple iCloud Sync (CloudKit)

If iCloud is enabled for InvoicesFlow Pro on your device, your business records sync across your own Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID using Apple’s CloudKit framework.

• ■Zepol AI operates no database server for InvoicesFlow Pro and cannot view, access, or read records stored in your private iCloud container
• ■Sync transmission and encryption are handled entirely by Apple’s iCloud infrastructure under Apple’s Privacy Policy
• ■You can enable or disable iCloud access for InvoicesFlow Pro at any time in your iOS device Settings

3. Location Data & Optional GPS Mileage Tracking

InvoicesFlow Pro includes an optional automatic mileage tracking feature designed to help you log business trips for tax deduction and reimbursement records.

If — and only if — you opt in and grant location permission, the app uses your device’s Location Services (including background location when enabled by you) to detect trip start and end points and calculate driven distance:

• ■Location data is used solely to calculate and log business or personal mileage for your own records
• ■Location data is processed locally on your device and stored only on your device and in your private iCloud container — Zepol AI never receives, views, or stores your location history on any external server
• ■This feature is 100% optional and can be turned off at any time inside the app under the Expenses > Mileage tab, or in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > InvoicesFlow Pro
• ■We never sell, rent, share, or use location data for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking

4. Email Composition & File Sharing

When you choose to send an invoice or report by email, InvoicesFlow Pro uses the native iOS mail composer or system share sheet, which sends messages directly through the email account configured on your device (such as iCloud Mail, Gmail, or Outlook).

• ■Zepol AI does not intercept, route, store, or monitor your outgoing emails or attachments
• ■Email recipients, attachments, and message content are controlled entirely by you

5. In-App Purchases & Payment Processing

InvoicesFlow Pro is free to download and offers an optional one-time In-App Purchase (“Pro”) to unlock unlimited invoicing, branding, expense reporting, and mileage tools:

• ■All transactions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit
• ■Zepol AI never receives, collects, or stores your credit card number, bank account, or billing details
• ■Purchase verification and “Restore Purchases” are handled directly through Apple StoreKit

6. Zero Analytics, Zero Ads & Zero Tracking

In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2, InvoicesFlow Pro:

• ■Does not use third-party analytics or telemetry SDKs
• ■Does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies (no IDFA usage)
• ■Does not display third-party advertisements
• ■Does not sell, broker, or share user data with data brokers or ad networks

7. Data Retention & How to Delete Your Data

Because Zepol AI does not store your data on its own servers, you have complete, immediate control over data retention and deletion:

• ■Local Device Data: Deleting items inside the app or uninstalling InvoicesFlow Pro from your iPhone immediately deletes all locally stored app data on that device
• ■Private iCloud Data: If you synced data to your personal iCloud account, you can permanently delete those records at any time via iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > InvoicesFlow Pro

8. Data Security

Your records are protected by iOS hardware encryption on your device and Apple’s encrypted CloudKit transport when iCloud sync is enabled.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your iPhone passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and Apple ID credentials.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA) & State Laws

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, and similar U.S. state privacy laws, residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Zepol AI does not collect personal information on its servers, does not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and does not use sensitive personal information (including precise geolocation) for any purpose other than providing the optional on-device mileage feature you request.

10. Children’s Privacy

InvoicesFlow Pro is a business productivity application and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect app updates or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
