Zepol AI ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how InvoicesFlow Pro handles information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
InvoicesFlow Pro does not collect, transmit, or store your data on our own servers. All information you enter in the app is stored locally on your device and is fully controlled by you.
The app may store the following information, on your device and in your personal iCloud account (see Section 2):
Company details (name, address, phone, email, logo)
Client information (name, address, phone, email)
Invoice details (invoice number, items, prices, dates, status, payment history)
Expense details (amount, date, category, vendor, receipts, business purpose)
Mileage and trip data, including location information (see Section 3)
Email message content and signatures (if you choose to use email features)
Exported files generated by the app (PDF or CSV)
This data never leaves Apple's ecosystem (your device and your iCloud account) unless you explicitly choose to share it, such as sending an invoice by email or exporting a file.
2. iCloud Sync
Your data automatically syncs across your own devices using Apple iCloud (CloudKit) when you're signed into the same Apple ID. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure.
Zepol AI has no server and does not directly access the records stored in your private iCloud database
You can manage iCloud access for InvoicesFlow Pro through your device's iCloud settings
3. Location Data
InvoicesFlow Pro offers an optional automatic mileage tracking feature to help you log business trips for tax and reimbursement purposes.
If you enable this feature, the app uses your device's location services, including background location, to detect trip start and end points and calculate mileage.
Location data is used solely to calculate and log mileage for your own business records
Location data is processed on your device and stored in your personal iCloud account as described in Section 2 — Zepol AI does not have access to it
This feature is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time in the app's Settings or your device's Location Services settings
We do not sell, share, rent, or use your location data for advertising or any purpose other than the mileage tracking feature you enable
4. Email & Sharing
When you choose to send an invoice by email, the app uses the mail composer built into iOS, which sends through the mail account already configured on your device (such as iCloud Mail, Gmail, or Outlook).
We do not intercept, store, or monitor email content
Email recipients and message content are fully controlled by you
5. Payments & Subscriptions
InvoicesFlow Pro is free to download. It offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional features (invoicing, expense, and mileage tools beyond the free tier):
Payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store
We do not collect or have access to payment information
Credit card or billing details are handled entirely by Apple
6. Analytics & Tracking
InvoicesFlow Pro:
Does not use analytics
Does not track you across apps or websites
Does not use third-party SDKs
Does not use advertising identifiers
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Deleting the app removes all data stored locally on that device. Data that has already synced to your private iCloud database may remain there and could reappear if you reinstall the app while signed into the same Apple ID.
To permanently delete your synced data, you can manage or delete the app's iCloud data through your device's iCloud storage settings (Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage), or by contacting us at the email below for guidance.
8. Data Security
Your data is stored using Apple's secure storage technologies on your device and synced only through Apple's iCloud, as described in Section 2.
You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure, as they control access to your data.
9. Children's Privacy
InvoicesFlow Pro is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
