1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using InvoicesFlow Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the app.
2. Description of Service
InvoicesFlow Pro is a self-contained business productivity application designed to help independent workers, freelancers, and small businesses create invoices, track expenses, and log mileage.
Data is stored locally on your iOS device and may be synced across your personal devices via Apple iCloud (CloudKit) if enabled in your device settings. Zepol AI does not access records stored in your private iCloud container.
3. User Responsibilities & Data Backups
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you enter into the app, including invoice totals, tax rates, expense classifications, and mileage logs. InvoicesFlow Pro is an organizational record-keeping tool only.
You are also solely responsible for maintaining backups of your records (for example, by exporting PDF/CSV files or enabling iCloud backup). Zepol AI is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device damage, loss, operating system updates, app uninstallation, or loss of access to your Apple ID or iCloud account.
4. No Financial, Accounting, Tax, or Legal Advice
Zepol AI is not a certified public accountant (CPA), tax preparer, financial advisor, or law firm. InvoicesFlow Pro does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.
IRS Schedule C expense categories, estimated mileage deduction calculations, and financial reports are provided strictly for organizational convenience. Tax laws and deduction eligibility rules vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances. Always consult a qualified CPA, enrolled agent, or licensed tax professional before filing taxes or making financial decisions.
5. IRS Mileage Rates, Location Data & Driver Safety
Standard mileage deduction rates referenced in the app are based on publicly announced IRS figures (see https://www.irs.gov) and are subject to change by the IRS. Zepol AI makes no representation or warranty that any rate displayed in the app is current or applicable to your specific tax situation; you are responsible for verifying current rates at irs.gov.
The optional automatic GPS mileage tracking feature uses your device’s Location Services, including background location when authorized by you, to estimate trip distance. GPS readings may vary due to signal strength or device settings.
Driver Safety Notice: Never interact with or configure the app while operating a motor vehicle.
6. In-App Purchases, Pricing & Refunds
InvoicesFlow Pro is free to download with a Standard tier. Optional Pro features may be unlocked through a one-time In-App Purchase processed by Apple through the App Store:
- All billing and payment processing are handled exclusively by Apple via StoreKit
- Zepol AI never collects or stores your payment card information
- Because Apple processes all payments, any refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple App Store refund policies (https://reportaproblem.apple.com)
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of InvoicesFlow Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.zepol.ai/apps/invoicesflow-pro/privacy-policy), which explains how local device storage, private iCloud sync, and optional GPS location permissions operate.
8. Intellectual Property, User Content (UGC) & DMCA Policy
All rights, title, and interest in and to the InvoicesFlow Pro software, source code, interface design, trademarks, logos, and original content belong exclusively to Zepol AI. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, lease, or distribute any part of the application.
User-Generated Content (UGC) & Acceptable Use: You retain 100% ownership of all business records, client lists, company logos, receipt images, invoices, and content you create or import into the app. Because this content stays on your device and in your private iCloud container, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any logos, text, or invoices you create and send to third parties do not infringe third-party rights and are not used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful billing.
DMCA & Copyright Policy: In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), any copyright inquiries or notices regarding www.zepol.ai or InvoicesFlow Pro may be sent to support@zepol.ai.
9. AI Transparency Disclosure & AI Disclaimer
InvoicesFlow Pro is built by Zepol AI using modern software engineering and AI-assisted development tools, while all invoice, expense, and mileage calculations inside the app execute deterministically on your device. InvoicesFlow Pro does not transmit your business records, invoices, client data, or GPS logs to any external AI model or third-party AI server, and your data is never used to train AI models.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS IS”)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INVOICESFLOW PRO IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF CALCULATIONS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEPOL AI OR ITS FOUNDERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS, LOST PROFITS, BILLING DISPUTES WITH YOUR CLIENTS, IRS/TAX PENALTIES, AUDIT OUTCOMES, OR DATA LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. IN ALL CASES, ZEPOL AI’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zepol AI from any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your business operations, invoices issued using the app, tax filings, or violation of these Terms.
12. Relationship to Apple’s Standard EULA
These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Your license to use InvoicesFlow Pro on iOS is subject to the Standard EULA, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as required by the Apple App Store.
13. Governing Law, Severability & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
