2. Description of Service InvoicesFlow Pro is a business management app designed to help independent workers and small businesses create invoices, track expenses, and log mileage. Data is stored on your device and may be synced across your devices using iCloud if enabled in your iOS settings. Zepol AI does not have access to your iCloud data.
3. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app, including invoice amounts, expense records, and mileage logs. InvoicesFlow Pro is a record-keeping tool only.
4. No Financial or Tax Advice InvoicesFlow Pro does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Expense categories, mileage deductions, and invoice totals are provided for organizational purposes only. Always consult a licensed tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
5. Mileage Rates Mileage deduction rates displayed in the app are based on IRS standard mileage rates and may change annually. Zepol AI does not guarantee the accuracy of these rates at any given time. Always verify current rates at irs.gov.
6. Payments and Subscriptions Optional Pro features may be purchased through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed securely by Apple. Zepol AI does not collect or store any payment information. Refund requests are handled through Apple's standard refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code in InvoicesFlow Pro are the property of Zepol AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
