1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using InvoicesFlow Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
InvoicesFlow Pro is a business management app designed to help independent workers and small businesses create invoices, track expenses, and log mileage. Data is stored on your device and may be synced across your devices using Apple iCloud if enabled in your iOS settings. Zepol AI does not directly access records stored in your private iCloud database.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app, including invoice amounts, expense records, and mileage logs. InvoicesFlow Pro is a record-keeping tool only. You are also responsible for maintaining your own backups; Zepol AI is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or loss of access to your Apple ID and iCloud account.
4. No Financial or Tax Advice
InvoicesFlow Pro does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Expense categories, mileage deductions, and invoice totals are provided for organizational purposes only. Always consult a licensed tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
5. Mileage Rates and Location Data
Mileage deduction rates displayed in the app are based on IRS standard mileage rates and may change annually. Zepol AI does not guarantee the accuracy of these rates at any given time. Always verify current rates at irs.gov.
The app's optional automatic mileage tracking feature uses your device's location services, including background location, to detect and log trip start and end points. This feature is optional and can be disabled at any time in the app's Settings or in your iOS device Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how location data is handled.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
InvoicesFlow Pro is free to download. Optional features may be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase via the Apple App Store. All payments are processed securely by Apple. Zepol AI does not collect or store any payment information. Refund requests are handled through Apple's standard refund policy.
7. Data and Privacy
InvoicesFlow Pro does not collect, transmit, or store your data on any server operated by Zepol AI. Information you enter stays on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. Zepol AI does not directly access records stored in your private iCloud database. 8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app's software, design, branding, and original content belong to Zepol AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app itself without written permission. You retain full ownership of all business information, documents, logos, and other content you enter or import into the app.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
InvoicesFlow Pro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zepol AI is not liable for any financial loss, tax penalty, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of this app. Use of InvoicesFlow Pro is at your own risk.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be identified by updating the Effective Date above. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date.
12. Relationship to Apple's Standard EULA
These Terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), which governs your use of the app as a licensed Apple App Store product. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.
