InvoicesFlow Pro does not collect, transmit, or store user data on external servers.
All information entered in the app is stored locally on your device and is fully controlled by you.
The app may store the following information only on your device:
Company details (name, address, phone, email, logo)
Client information (name, address, phone, email)
Invoice details (invoice number, items, prices, dates, status)
Email message content and signatures (if you choose to use email features)
Exported files generated by the app (PDF or CSV)
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it, such as sending an invoice by email.
When you choose to send an invoice by email:
The email is sent using Apple’s Mail services
We do not intercept, store, or monitor email content
Email recipients and message content are fully controlled by the user
InvoicesFlow Pro offers optional in-app purchases:
Payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store
We do not collect or have access to payment information
Credit card or billing details are handled entirely by Apple
4. Analytics & Tracking
InvoicesFlow Pro:
Does not use analytics
Does not track users
Does not use third-party SDKs
Does not collect location data
Does not use advertising identifiers
Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s secure storage technologies.
You are responsible for backing up your data using iCloud or other device backup methods. Deleting the app will permanently remove all stored data.
InvoicesFlow Pro is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
