3. Google Gmail Integration

30 Days Health Reset may optionally connect to a user's Google Gmail account through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization system.

The Gmail integration uses the following permission:

The application uses Gmail access only for functionality knowingly enabled by the user.

The purpose of Gmail access is to locate and process specific health, nutrition, hydration, or fitness reports that the user has chosen to integrate with 30 Days Health Reset.

Examples may include reports sent by services such as:

• Lose It!

• WaterMinder

• Other health or fitness services explicitly supported by the application

The Gmail permission technically allows read-only access to Gmail content. However, 30 Days Health Reset is designed to search only for messages that match configured health-report sources and expected report formats.

The application does not use Gmail access to send email, delete email, modify email, change labels, mark messages as read or unread, or manage the user's mailbox.

4. How Google User Data Is Used

Google user data accessed through Gmail is used only to provide the health-report import functionality requested by the user.

Google user data is not used for:

• Advertising

• Marketing profiles

• Behavioral tracking

• Selling user information

• Credit decisions

• Surveillance

• Unrelated analytics

• Training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models

• Any purpose unrelated to the health-report functionality selected by the user

30 Days Health Reset's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Gmail Report Processing

When a supported report is found, the application may retrieve the applicable report or attachment and extract only the information required for the supported health feature.

For example, a nutrition report may be used to import daily nutrition totals.

The application is designed to avoid using unrelated Gmail messages or unrelated mailbox content.

Email message identifiers or transport metadata are not used as the user's health-record identity.

6. Storage of Health and Wellness Data

30 Days Health Reset is currently designed as a private, self-hosted application.

Health and wellness information processed by the application is stored within the user's private application environment or server rather than being made publicly available.

Private health information is not stored in public source-code repositories.

Private health information is not intentionally included in application logs, public files, source code, or development documentation.

7. Google OAuth Credentials

Google authentication credentials are handled server-side.

OAuth access tokens, refresh credentials, authorization codes, and related secrets are not intentionally exposed to browser client code, public source-code repositories, or application logs.

Refresh credentials used for continued Gmail access are designed to be stored securely and encrypted at rest within the private server environment.

8. Sharing of Information

30 Days Health Reset does not sell, rent, or trade personal information, health information, or Google user data.

Google user data is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information may only be disclosed when:

• The user explicitly directs the application to do so;

• It is necessary to provide a feature requested by the user;

• It is required by applicable law; or

• It is necessary to protect the security and integrity of the application.

9. Advertising and Tracking

30 Days Health Reset does not use Google user data for advertising.

The application is not designed to track users across unrelated websites or applications.

The application does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

10. Data Retention

Health and wellness records may be retained for as long as they are needed by the user for their personal health history, progress tracking, or analysis.

Google authentication credentials are retained only while the Gmail integration remains connected or as necessary to provide the authorized functionality.

Users may disconnect the Gmail integration and may also revoke Google authorization through their Google Account.

11. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of information stored by 30 Days Health Reset.

Users may also disconnect supported integrations and revoke access to their Google Account at any time.

12. Security

30 Days Health Reset is designed to minimize unnecessary access to personal information.

• Server-side OAuth processing

• Restricted access to private application data

• Least-privilege access to external services

No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Third-Party Services

Connecting a third-party service does not give 30 Days Health Reset permission to use the information for purposes unrelated to the functionality requested by the user.
